I have been doing some 'HL7 research' and have decided that the GNU Health
datasets should align with HL7 datasets (tables) as much as possible but also
take into account the SNOMED CT International terminology and coding system.

Looks like a great idea! Makes it easier to code the FHIR library, too, since
the data is already there. I have done some of the work on converting between
codesets in my FHIR library. I'll definitely try to help with this.
