Another possible design (attached) for inpatient meds administration screen
design. Like I said before this functionality is "high hanging fruit" which is
very complex BUT I think it would be useful to put the various data
elements/data structures in place - for possible future use -

I attach an .ODS spreadsheet to illustrate how an inpatient medication chart
might be designed / displayed.
If the doctor prescribes a medicine tds (three times a day) then the correct
times would appear on the medicine administration chart.
