I created branch-2.10.2 and bumped the version of branch-2.10 to
2.10.3-SNAPSHOT.
Please set the "Fix Version/s:" of JIRA to 2.10.3 if you commit the fix
to branch-2.10 without cherry-picking to branch-2.10.2.

Given that there is still a need for 2.10.x, I would like to release 2.10.2
after HADOOP-18088[2] (migration to reload4j) is merged.
