Patrons can access the EBSCO databases with the state access on site only or also remotely through their accounts? If the latter, are there other states (specifically New York or Ohio) that offer similar remote EBSCO access to patrons? Thanks, Ari Ari Kinsberg M.A., Pharm.D.
