In my Harbour build script:
set EMXOMFLD_TYPE=WLINK
set EMXOMFLD_LINKER=WLINK.EXE
and from OpenWatcom 1.8 copied
\watcom\binp\wlink.exe
\watcom\binp\dll\wlinkd.dll
to some place in PATH
