The functions are recognized except _get_crc_table and _crc32 if instead of
zlib1.lib I link the xhb.lib

Great, thanks a lot Mindaugas.
I've added one non-GNU makefile, so that part is okey.
Would it be possible to hardcode -DNOCRYPT... into
hbmzip.c? I can also add it for the whole contrib globally,
but I'm afraid it would badly affect the other files.
