[PATCH] Cuirass: Complete IPv6 support

Hello Guix hackers, I have implemented IPv6 support for Cuirass in the attached patchset. This has been tested on a multi-node cluster running Cuirass over IPv6 with some real builds. It should maintain full backwards compatibility with the default IPv4, only enabling IPv6 when given the arguments
