Well, I think you need to manage some stuff by yourself.
For example, write the nix-daemon service for starting/stopping; it
depends on your distribution and it is probably

Worse, this is not just a service, but a distro.
I mean that I want to run nix, the package manager, not the distro.
Nix suffers from the holy trinity #~problem unlike Guix.

This was more of a "I was just curious if I could get it to run" but yes
I agree on the effort not being worth it.
I'd rather spend my time working on something else.

Cool! Will this build system support rust development with guix or it's
only for packaging end user rust apps?

do you happen to know why this error occurs when running `make clean-go`?
warning: stray .go files: ./guix/build/po.go

I don't think your error is related to that file. A stray go file is a file
that exist but doesn't have a corresponding scm file that would be built in
guix.po.scm is not needed, and ends up being stray. If you figure out how to
fix that, I'd be happy :)
I think you will have to run configure a

Hey Ludo,
The installation system tests have fail this night and I suspect this is
related with the shepherd update. The problem seems to occur when we
restart the guix-daemon service before running the installation command,
in the install-system procedure. Any idea what could cause it?
