Even though I haven't checked Guix's code yet (I plan to flickr it in
the upcoming days), I am thinking on getting some inspiration from the
architecture of similar Clojure-focused tools (which, as I stated
earlier, is what I know).
I know

You are talking about that [1], right?
But is it free software? I am not able to find the license and [2] is
not very helpful...

Hi,
it's fine by me, I'm not too hyped up about this feature.
What do Guix users think?

Dear Konrad,
I don't thing we have an R kernel yet for Jupyter. How hard would it
be to add that? I have been using the Python version in class. It is
great :). And you don't really need Jupyterhub for a class.

Are you using Guix yet?
If no, the first easy step is to install the "package manager". It

Hi Pierre,
The problem where using Btrfs compression wasn't effective for
/gnu/store (or anything else) was caused by the init RAM disk not
honoring options on the root file system.
I could notice about this when running just 'mount', and the options I

I'm wondering if I can just push the crates as a single commit, after
inserting them alphabetically and fixing any cosmetic issues, and also
handling the semver-compatible package updates.
