Can't download signing key for Guix 0.13.0

-recv-keys 3CE464558A84FDC69DB40CFB090B11993D9AEBB5 I even tried searching for the key using the pgp.mit.edu Web interface but had no luck. How can I verify that my Guix binary is trustworthy? Oge Nnadi.
