Hi Guix,
Is there any reason why guix is not including pythontk (tkinter module)
support?
If it could be added, I expect that it could be added as an output for
the python packages.
If not could someone point me in the right direction for building my own
python with tkinter support within guix.

I think that a wiki would be a good complement to the manual, which
while quite complete, lacks exhaustive examples (which would be
impractical).
