Thanks to a user bug report I discovered that the Shepherd devs (cough Ludo cough) were serious about removing the GOOPS interface and shepherd-run was outputting a deprecated service declaration which wasn't compatible with the 1.0.0rc1 tag of shepherd. 0.2.0 is now out! 100% fewer GOOPS! 'shephe

Hi Guix! I've rebased and pushed all of my changes updating python-numpy, python-mypy and python-pandas with fixture of some packages linked for python-pandas. I might need some hands of help to check the changes. Particular texlive-hyphen-complete is failing which linked to cmake (not sure how)
