Hi Bengt, Matteo, and others,
I've stopped the build. The process ran for 73 hours and didn't
complete. I've also noticed that there are no recent builds in Cuirass,
so I wonder: has anyone built fftwf successfully recently? I was trying
to build fftwf based off of what is currently in the core

systemd binaries are dependent on systemd and replaces programs that
did not have such dependencies. It is creating similar situation as
vendor lock-in is creating.
That is the case with any system, things depend on things -- what is
important is not to depend on non-free software.
Sorry for the noise, I meant to send this to bug-g...@gnu.org.

Hi Gabor,
Thanks for reaching out. I am still hanging. I am learning a lot on what it
means to be a developer outside of university courses. I am going through the
documentation (and examples provided in the email by simon) and the chat logs
to sees if my questions have been asked before I com

I've encountered the same problem a couple of times.
If you try to compile ecl-dexador, you'll see it fails because it does
not re-use the arguments of sbcl-dexador which patches out a failing
test.
Something is wrong in sbcl-package->ecl-package.
Andy?
That said, it's not a very big deal, since
Hi,
I'm trying to package a Common Lisp library and I have a strange
problem.
In 'gnu/packages/lisp.scm', there are packages called 'sbcl-chanl' and
'ecl-chanl' whose definitions are:

(define-public sbcl-chanl
