excellent!! I used guile to process a data file yesterday and must make
post-process about unicode by perl. I think I needn't use two
diffrent languages at the same time in the future.

Hopefully, we will have Unicode functionality in
the second alpha version 1.9.1. There are still
a couple of issues before it can be merged
into the main tree. This should happen in a
month or so.
