Yes it is. We'd still need a different looking GtkScale though, to allow
for the different behaviour on left-click.

Exactly. 2.8 isn't maintained any more, there won't be any more
releases of it, so there is no point in putting things into the 2.8

I certainly am interested in hearing about GLib on 64-bit Windows, but
I don't bother to keep the sources to such old versions on my disk any
longer. I don't see
Thanks for the prompt response Hans.

Do you have a rough idea of the amount of work that it would take to get
this working? I don't mind doing the work, but I'm not entirely familiar
wit

Hi,
I just wanted to know whether a patch that I submitted last year has
been noted, or that it needs a little attention here, or maybe GTK+
developers just have too little time on their hands to review incoming
patches. If it is the latter then I can understand that, but please let
me know so
Hey all, i am trying to compile glib-2.8.6 (an older version, I know...)
under Windows Server 2003 64-bit.
I hit the following issues:
gbacktrace.c(192) : error C2065: 'SIGTRAP' : undeclared identifier
This is caused by an if/else fallthrough in gbacktrace.h. Adding the
following lines skipped

Heya,
There are a few widgets in use in multimedia applications. The first one
is:
- BaconVolumeWidget, living in the libbacon module in SVN. It's
currently used by a large number of applications, cut'n'pasted (Totem,
Rhythmbox, LastExit, Banshee, Muine, Sound-Juicer, possibly others).

This sounds interesting. What new API or what ChangeLog entry is
relevant?

Hey All,
Just like with GUADEC last year, I took notes again of the GTK+ meeting
we had in person at FOSDEM last weekend. You can find them below. As
always, corrections and additions are most welcome. Since we could not
finish the meeting in time, this would be a good location to continue
