a tiny correction. Tables with correct pages breaks are easy to do and don't
even need CSS. The only problems are that MS IE does not support it (which might
not be a problem here) and that many people are not aware of it :).

This information has to be printed on A4 sized paper.
I am working on a SIMPUTER(a handheld ) so because of the memory constraint
cann't afford to use browser

The Glom project had this problem recently and Murray decided to go with
simple HTML reports. From what I've seen on the Glom mailing list he
seems happy with it and you can't get any simpler than just generating
HTML.
The big downside to HTML is that it has very weak page breaking
