Getting a package from the archives

Some time ago I downloaded what were (then) the current versions of glib, gtk, atk, cairo, pango, fontconfig etc. I downloaded the source, dev and runtime packages from this page:- http://www.gtk.org/download-windows.html Unfortunately it looks like I neglected to download the runtime package
