I wrote a set of patches in order to support CJK fonts in PostScript outputs.

- It enables to support CJK non-embedded fonts in UTF16 encoding by grops.
- It enables to define charset by a range of Unicode code points in font
definition.

The eqn document by Kernighan and Cherry also appears in the v10
manual, copyright by AT&T and published as a trade book. Wouldn't the
recent release of v10 also pertain to t
