I haven't updated my Heirloom stuff in a little while but I came across an
interesting problem.
\(lqABC\(rq
doesn't put double quotes around ABC like groff and Neatroff do.

This is a groffism :)
Traditional troff did use ``ABC'' and nroff did use "ABC". But I'll add it.

`info groff' has this under node `Predefined man strings' suggesting
it's with -man only, but it works all the time?
