I released groffer-1.0.1 in the CVS. It contains of a new Perl version
of groffer. Additionally, it also has the old shell version for the people
who do not have a suitable Perl compiler. If you have a suitable Perl
compiler the Perl version is installed automatically.
Please test the Perl vers
groff 1.18.1.4 is out! Hopefully, the compilation problems are
fixed...

About a week ago, the `gnupload' script (from gnulib) worked just
fine. Right now I get error messages like this
no filename directive specified in
groff-1.18.1.3-1.18.1.4.diff.gz.directive.asc
I haven't seen any announcement that the old uploading rules have been
