Have a look at the groff CVS source in the directory
`/contrib/RUNOFF'.
For me, the CVS source is complete and `make' installs the `RUNOFF' man-pages.

Doug McIlroy
`RUNOFF' is the predecessor of `roff'. I started a project `contrib/RUNOFF'
with documentation.
So far, it only contains 2 man-pages.
The file `runoff.man' has a large `hdtbl' table which looks vary nice in
graphical `troff'.
As `nroff' isn't supported by `hdtbl', an additional `tbl' had to be
