[Groff] Formatting braille

Hi, I am interested in using groff for formatting braille documents and would appreciate feedback. Here are a few of the big picture issues. The 63 braille cells are represented by a transliteration to ASCII characters. However, some of the assignments are arbitrary so that, for example, the AS

If you have only one large page then HDtbl doesn't add header/footerlines, because pageheaders appear only beginning with the second page and pagefooterlines don't appear on the last page. So if You have changed the groff pagelength to 335c, for raw groff with `.pl 335c', or for macropackages p
