The following changes have been made to the web-platform-tests
infrastructure module:
* Maja Frydrychowicz is now a peer. Maja has made valuable contributions
to our web-platform-tests support over several years, and I'm extremely
pleased to make her a peer.
* Andreas Tolfsen is no longer wo
I'd like to propose some long overdue changes to the "Remote Protocol"
module and the "Testing::geckodriver + Marionette" submodule.
1) "Remote Protocol": Set Henrik Skupin as module owner and change Andreas
Tolfsen to Owner Emeritus.
