Input[1] was a service for collecting feedback about Mozilla products. It was decommissioned in January and replaced with a redirect to an externally-run survey service. I just noticed the module for Input[2] was still around, and plan on marking it as deprecated since it's not really relevant any

Hi! Could you elaborate on why removing inactive subscribers is so important? I'm a little confused by the statement "anyone’s inactivity influences the delivery of all of our email programs". Is it a cost issue of sending out so many emails? Or is it that we can't properly measure the impact of
