Running your page locally on my computer gives the same result, only one
item in the sidebar.
It would be a good idea to get rid of all HTML errrors first as IE is
not so tolerant.

This is nuts! It works fine for me at home with IE 8.0.6001.18702, but I've
tried it on two computers with IE 9 at my place of employment and all I see
is the first item in the sidebar. The rest of it is blank. So I dunno!
