I have been using autocomplete for a week now and I don't see any request
usage listed on the console reporting. It still says 0 requests.

The Places API (and therefore the use of autocomplete) is limited to
1000 requests per day.

My guess is that no map load would be counted if only autocomplete
would be loaded. But I'm not sure if it is allowed to load
autocomplete withou
