I've bought an OpenGPG Smart Card v2.1 and trying now to generate a 4096
bit key for me.
Using it with my ThinkPad X260 and a Alcor Smart Card Reader.
$ gpg --version
gpg (GnuPG) 2.1.13
libgcrypt 1.7.1
Supported algorithms:
Pubkey: RSA, ELG, DSA, ECDH, ECDSA, EDDSA
Cipher: IDEA, 3DES, CAST

How to set GnuPG 2.0.30 configuration that the console output has the
correct charset on Windows 7. The language is set to German in
registry - but Umlauts are not displayed correctly.
