script.
If you run ./configure --help in libgcrypt-1.6.3, it says:
Optional Packages:
--with-PACKAGE[=ARG]use PACKAGE [ARG=yes]
--without-PACKAGE do not use PACKAGE (same as --with-PACKAGE=no)
--with-pic[=PKGS]
