The location of public keyring can be changed with "keyring" option like
this;
keyring /path/to/pubring.kbx (current)
or
keyring /path/to/pubring.gpg (legacy)
On GnuPG >= 2.3.0 with "use-keyboxd" option, new SQlite database of
public keyring "pubring.db" is located in /GnuPG-HomeDir/
