Yes it is. No problem here compiling it with an ibook G4 on Debian
GNU/Linux; there are also packaged version of GnuPG for Debian.

I tried to compile with the current GCC cross-compiler from

but I got a lot of compiler and linker errors about the MPI part of GnuPG, and
couldn´t find a way to solve them.
