I checked my D:\software\GNU\GnuWin32\bin. There is no gpg.exe in it,
only gpg-error.exe and gpg-error-config. But there is gpg.exe in my
git folder. I adjusted the PATH and temporarily removed it. Then I
tried to import again, and the same erro
