Hello everybody
Sadly there doesn't seem to exist PGP Keysigning-partys anymore.
Who of you would be interested in a such one around Zurich?

Hi all,
thanks for beeing in this group.
It might be a beginner questions: How can I create a v4-key with
Windows/Kleopatra or gpg on LinuxMint?
When I choose a RSA3076 key, keyserver.pgp.com will accept it.
When i choose an ed25519 key, keyserver.pgp.com tells me it is a v3-key.

Hello all
When uploading a key to keyserver.pgp.com I get the message that no V3 keys are
allowed.
How that?
I took gpg2 with expert option and 22519 algorithm.
How can I create a v4 key?
Kind regards
Daniel

I don't know if this is the right place here, but as we are discussing about
sylpheed and claws-mail as well:
I have the following issue with Sylpheed:
I searched in Sylpheed for an email of April 20, 2020 for an insurance. I could
easily find it in Thunderbird, but Sylpheed couldn't find it. I

Hello all
How secure is it to use Thundebrird with Autocrypt? I use Sylpheed at the
moment, but it is not that comfortable to use as Thunderbird.
Also, when I send an email, the signature will be shown instead like with
thunderbid just an info that the mail is signed
Do you have some inputs?

Hi all
On the key servers are many old keys lying around which aren't valid anymore.
Could you implement a function on the servers which delete keys after let's say
one year automatically, reminding the user via email one month ahead to reupload
the keys?
Me too have some old, useless keys ther
Hi all
Some years ago I used GnuPG, but somewhen stopped with it.
Now I want to start again. However there are many rumors that it is
unsecure meanwhile.
I need recommendations:
- Which version of software shall I install?
- Create key via cli-commands or is Windows-Version ok?
- Which keys s
