This functionality was lost in some transport refactoring a few years
ago. With TNG, the plan is to implement a TNG service proxy that would
re-add support for this functionality (eventually).

I'm trying to alter links through the testbed API to simulate a hard
network disconnect of one of the peers in the context of CADET.
I tried with these, but no luck:
* GNUNET_TESTBED_underlay_configure_link not implemented
* GNUNET_TESTBED_underlaylinkmodel_set_link not usable
* GNUNET_TE

Dear all,
also on Thursday we had a good time, we were roughly around 15 users
usually:
- we had a good intro into CADET and also got loads of code explained.
- we played with CADET afterwards for the rest of the day, also with
groupchat (see also links from wednesday, we still used those pads)
