I use UniGetUI which uses WinGet and other package managers under the covers
but provides a helpful UI.
If I search for GnuCash in that I find that there are several providers of
GnuCash
The relevant ones are:

As Adrien elsewhere has mentioned WinGet is from MS, but WinGet can update more
than just Microsoft Store packages.

If you just want a list of the accounts with some detail, you can use the
Export option on the File menu. There are a few choices, but you can export
your accounts to a CSV file, save that and then open it in a spreadsheet
program like Excel and do what you want from there. This is just a text file

I managed to break my FQ functionality to the extent that the Get Quotes
button was greyed out. I have just fixed it again and thought I should relay
