I am a new gnucash user; I am preparing my records to share with my
accountant for the first time (previously using Quicken for Mac).
My checking account was balancing, for every statement from January 2018 to
Nov ember 2018, and I looked over a transaction report and changed quite a
few items.

I'm brand new to gnucash, but it sure looks like I am encountering Bug
793461, though that was reported fixed.

Whoops; never mind. I now see that the import was successful, but I didn't
notice that. I was apparently trying to re-import, and gnucash successfully
noticed that all the transactions had already been imported.
