I get reimbursed a certain amount of electricity costs each month, as a
separate transaction in to my bank a/c. I enter them as
income:reimbursement in the gnucash transaction.
However, nothing appears in my P&L report under 'reimbursement' but if I
click on the headline in the report t
I found a file folder, apparently from MS, called 'appcrash' underscore
ngnucash.exe with a long string of data, dated 30/07/2023 12.24.
However when I tried to send the name etc., and the link which was
attached it said I didn't have access!!

I am an experienced user of Quicken, moving to gnucash because of the
subscription change in Quicken.
I have perused the various help indexes and looked at various vids about
starting basics.
I thought I followed the right procedures to get a file started. I did
the actions>new account

Windows based reports generation was very slow, and he was right!
