Now, seems that the value is not updating. I've added the VT security, but
in the list I still see "user:price-editor", which I imagine is not
correct?!
How should I proceed to troubleshoot and fix the quotes updates not working?

I am no expert, but I see that you have the namespace as ARCA. What happens if
you change it to NYSEARCA? I've seen quotes fail when this is entered
incorrectly, although it may not change anything.
