I installed GnuCash yesterday on Ubuntu. It reports drkirkby@canary:~$ gnucash -v GnuCash 3.8 Build ID: 3.8b+(2019-12-29) That seems fairly out of date. Who actually builds the binaries? If there's not a later one available, I will probably build from source code and hope all the libraries needed
