I just ran cpan -i Finance::Quote on my M1 MBP, macOS 14.4 beta. It looks like 14.4 bumps perl to 5.34 so it did a complete install of Finance::Quote's dependencies. Everything worked and /Library/Perl/5.34/LWP/Protocol doesn' include https.pm; http.pm provides https functionality. I think you
