Do you mean that you cannot find the folder where your file is located after starting the import assistant or something different. There is a known bug that that windows version cannot find mapped network files. If that is your issue you will have to either wait for release 3.2 or copy the import

I've tried importing .qfx files from downloads from two different banks: Chase and USAA. No files are showing up on the Generic import transaction matcher, so I am unable to import transactions. Why is GnuCash not importing .qfx files in Version: 3.0. Build ID: git 3.0+ (2018-04-01)? Is ther
