Geoff There is an import mapping step which maps an account name in the Transfer account field onto an account in the GnuCash CoA structure the first time the account name occurs. It will then be remembered for any subsequent imports. https://www.gnucash.org/docs/v3/C/gnucash-help/trans-import.ht
