Sorry I did not reply earlier.
As of the build I downloaded today (Build ID: git 3.2-160-gfc368b91d+
(2018-08-30)) the problem still seems to exist.

Same problem occurs in other areas of the program. For example the account
edit / create screen.

halfwidth katakana and there's no way to swit
