Yes, much better. The Transaction Report has its own filtering and
sorting that is more versatile than doing so on the register and then
running an Account Report. Hence why I recommended it originally.

I think it would still consolidate exact matches. The problem would be
if you weren't consistent in how you typed the info.
Otherwise you'd have to use the Filter option with a saved report for
each member.
