The command to start the flatpak version of GnuCash is:
flatpak run org.gnucash.GnuCash
from https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Flatpak#Regular_releases_from_flathub.org
___
gnucas
I'm trying to get the Aqbanking wizard to run. While in GC v 3.11 I
clicking on Start AqBanking Wizard (button) does nothing. I installed
Flatpak which had no effect so far. Not sure how to use flatpak.
I'm running- Ubuntu 18.04 Mate
Thanks,
Peter

Did you follow the wiki
https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=de&sl=auto&tl=en&u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.aquamaniac.de%2Frdm%2F
when you upgraded to 5.99, in particularbcopy the configuration?
I have 5.99.44 installed. The same for AqBanking-ofx.

I'm currently using:
GNUCash
Version: 3.7
Build ID: 3.7+(2019-09-07)
Finance::Quote: 1.47
When trying to launch the AQBanking wizard I get no response when I
click the button. Was this disabled (poor memory) recently due to issues
with online banking.
