This sounded like excellent advice so I gave it a try but unfortunately I
ran into trouble.
The delete-account dialog must filter the list of accounts to move
transactions to because the one I wanted wouldn't show up.
I couldn't type it manually either because when I tabbed off the field it
just re

Thanks for the advice but I'm not sure how to use it.
I've never used aqbanking and when I went into it just now there are no
account mappings at all.
If I look to create one then I'm not really sure what to use.

I have been importing OFX files for my VISA for a long time without issue.
I recently got another new VISA card with a new number and tried to import
the OFX file but Gnucash isn't asking me what account the new VISA is for
and is putting the transactions into the other VISA GC account.

Is the latest version (3.3) available on Ubuntu 18.04 ?
I've seen a PPA from sicklylife but I don't know them and wonder if they're
trustworthy.
