That sounds like your data file did not, in fact, get transferred. How did
you do the transfer? Does it have the same name and size as on the old
computer? Did you also transfer the other (user) files that include your
custom reports and other details as described in the GnuCash website?

I have just replaced a computer of long time usage. Data files have
been transferred. GnuCash has been reinstalled. All the accounts
appear to be intact.
Operating system: Windows 11 24H2
