As Murugan said, raising invoices is one way to keep track. There is another tedious way, if you don’t want to use business features for invoices. Create an income account for each member, then you can run Income Statement - Multicolumn from the reports menu to get a snapshot of each member’s

You need the QuickBooks class feature, it works, I've been using it for years. GnuCash doesn't have classes but you can use Filter Reports to filter characters (tags) on split memo, transaction notes, or transaction description. The problem with this is the report will only match the filter. https

You need to provide little more details on how you are registering payments. Does the payments have identifiers mapping to members ? Best way in your use case is to raise invoices to each member and update payments so that you can track the invoices for payment. Regard Murugan > On 07-09-202
