I received the email shown below shortly after entering a GC bug. I've never heard of this Jira, and when I clicked the link it wanted me to create an account. The bug report itself has an "Importance" field, so I am skeptical of Jira's asking me to "proceed with the requirement prioritization.".

No, that's what a placeholder is, an account with restricted posting. There is no combination of placeholder *with* transactions, though marking an account as a placeholder does not empty it of existing transactions. Those have to be reassigned manually. (so it is possibly to have a placeholder
