The problem is the opening balance you have used, presumably from your previous
set of books closing balance, includes the two transactions at a date before the
reconciliation on 1/3/2022 but the balance in the bank statement does not. These
transactions would have been unreconciled in your

There are a couple of minor issues, no biggies for me, as follows:
Clicking Cancel or OK on popup dialogs s requires that you click once and
then click again on the OK or Cancel/whatever button,
Cursor turns into a double headed arrow and
Clicking on pop ups seems to also click on the unde

For Windows users
Thank you Derek, I used File -> Open to open a back-up file (instead of double
-clicking on it) and it worked and my data is there.
Not sure why it opened an old file automatically but I’m back on track now.

I'm still running Monterey. I read (I think on this list) that someone had
some register issues with Ventura 13.0.
But I have held off doing the update, since I need GnuCash to run, and most
of the Ventura updates are things that I don't actually need.

I see the latest GnuCash version is 14.12. Is it compatible with Mac OS
Ventura 13.0.1?
