Hi Fred
It's more likely that you have omitted one or more newly created accounts?
Try going into the Report Options / Accounts / Select Default / Apply.

In looking at the list archives, I see that this problem was reported back
in July 2020. I did not see what version of GnuCash was being used then.
I am running GnuCash 4.10 on Fedora Linux 35 and get the same results.
One of the accounts only had three transactions: buy 1 unit, buy 1 unit,

Aaron,
1st David is correct, you don't set up the expense account as subaccounts of
your checking account. They are Expenses and you debit the expense account and
credit the bank account. By looking at the expense account you get the
"running total" of the expense.

Aaron,

When we installed GnuCash 4.6 on a Windows 10 computer with Spanish as the
operating language, the menus, icons and journals were in Spanish as has
been the case with previous versions of GnuCash. Recently it reset to
English. Any insights about how to turn this around? Using the program in
Mexico.
Scratch that.
I inadvertently put 11/7/22 as the posting date, so it correctly
calculated the due date as 11/27/22.
But this was a 2021 bill. When I caught the mistake, unposted and

of 20.

Interestingly, I tried unposting and reposting several times yesterday

I normally do not shut down GC when done, but I had a few crashes

I just tried unposting and reposting, and now it works fine.
I'll leave it up to the gremlins and
I checked. I've posted every day of the week, and Net20 can thus be on
any day of the week, and indeed, it is, for every invoice except this one.

Hi all,
I wanted to circle back on this issue that I opened a couple weeks ago. I came
down with the flu, as did the rest of my family, so I haven't had a chance to
look at this again until this weekend. Also, I'm not sure if I'm creating the

Hello,
I'm a long time user, running 4.10 on Windows 10. All of a sudden, I am finding
significant lag (2-4 seconds) on every action I take, whether it is changing a
field or entering a transaction.
I've tried killing all other applications and rebooting, but the lag remains.

got changed, but strange I haven't seen it before after several years of
use.
